I hate Sundays

I always wish the weekend had one more day. One to get things done, one to play and one to just relax. Jamie had her Graduation celebration this weekend in Fremont so Zach and I decided we would take the water taxi to downtown and then take a regular taxi the rest of the way. It was so much fun and really makes you love Seattle even more. It was beautiful. The Summer Solstice Festival was happening in Fremont so there were tons of people everywhere. . .it totally felt like summer which I love and it was great to see everyone--I felt like it had been a long time. 3 more days til we leave for Scottsdale!

What happened to the sun?

I can't believe the weather we are getting for June! It is horrible but it makes me even more excited for our weekend get-a-way to Scottsdale at the end of the month. Vacation, all I ever wanted!!

So Zach and I are pretty much all moved in. We just have pictures to hang and a few boxes/bags to unload, other than that, its home. . .for now!
Kyle and Amy celebrated their 4th anniversary this weekend so I spent the weekend in Olympia babysitting Sophia with my mom. She is so funny. . .I love kids at that age because of the things they say. Sophes is sorta like a parret, she always repeats everything you say. She also remembers EVERYTHING and is a little OCD about lots of stuff. For example she wanted all of us to take our shoes off because at her house they don't wear shoes inside, another story-we were outside playing and my mom had all her outdoor cushions and stuff under the roof so it wouldn't get wet, Sophia wanted it all back where it was supposed to be, including the centerpiece on the coffee table. . .it just cracks me up. I gave her a bath and got a great pic of her saying "cheese". She sorta looks like she has a mullet in the pic. . .which she sorta does, hence the piggies on most days. :) It takes us Hussey's awhile to grow hair. The last pic is of the hugest pizza slice ever. It's a 14 inch pizza slice. We went to a pizza place after we moved and each got a piece, glad we didn't order an entire pizza! It is a great place, I'm not sure of the name though buts it near the junction. Happy Monday everyone--stay warm and dry. :)

I Moved

I forgot how much I hate moving. This weekend Zach and I moved our things to West Seattle, where we will live for a little while to save up for a house! My body hurts and I ended up getting a cold but we are pretty much done. Just a few things to finish up inside. Thanks to Kora and Nick who helped us out tremendously. . .Zach said Kora won MVP of the move. :) Thanks also to Luke for helping Zach move his BBQ because after moving his couches with him, I think I would have died if I had to be the one to do that with him. We'll have everyone over soon for a big "Garden Party" BBQ in our backyard. . .
