Just wanted to send a shout out to Kristy Smith--a.k.a--Bird, she has now joined us all in the "30's Club" as of Monday!! Happy Birthday Birdie. . .we're all so excited because she is able to come and play with us during the "Girl's Scottsdale Getaway Weekend" in June!!!

Yes, that was me! I thought that was you too. I stopped and said Hey Sarah, but you had your headphones on so I just went to yoga. :) Do you live nearby and work out there often?
